The brief
A local landlord had fourteen flats with EICRs due within the same quarter and wanted one contractor to handle the lot, including booking access with tenants.
The work
Our office arranged every visit directly with tenants. We tested two to three flats a day and sent each report the following morning, with remedial work priced per flat.
The result
Twelve flats passed first time. Two needed minor remedial work, which we finished within the 28-day deadline, and the landlord now has one renewal date for the whole portfolio.
