When you send the quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are interested in and your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Job records are kept for six years for tax and warranty reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@example.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
