Quotes
Quotes are fixed for 30 days and cover only the work described. If we find something unexpected, we will stop and agree any change with you in writing first.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we agree stages in writing. Larger projects may need a deposit to book a start date.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Manufacturers’ warranties apply to the products we fit.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote. If you ask us to start sooner, you pay for any work already done.
Complaints
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If we cannot agree, you can contact our registration scheme.
